Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality content for social media platforms including:
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
short videos, reels, and captions
Plan and manage content calendars
Monitor social media trends and viral content
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams
Analyse content performance and improve engagement strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media content creation
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms
Basic skills in video editing and graphic design
Familiarity with tools such as:
Canva
Adobe Creative Suite
CapCut
Meta Business Suite
Excellent writing and communication skills
Creativity and ability to generate fresh ideas
Understanding of branding and digital marketing
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications,   Media, or related field
Experience managing business or brand social accounts
Photography and videography skills
Knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategies
Experience with paid advertising campaigns
