JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) CUM PROCUREMENT

JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) CUM PROCUREMENT (Kota Samarahan)
Responsibilities:
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting & financial planning
Assist in procurement processes & tendering
Manage contracts and documentation
Monitor project cost, progress claims & variations
Assist in claim management & cost control during construction
Prepare final accounts, project, auditing & valuation
Support sourcing & purchasing of materials
Perform procurement-related and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge in procurement is an added advantage
Computer literate, must have knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, Excel and Words; 
Ability to converse well in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin, BM and other local dialects would be added   advantage;
Able to work independently & in a team
Good communication & negotiation skills
Possess own transport
