ASSISTANT MANAGER
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Working location: Kuching, Sarawak

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in planning and executing property management and land development projects
Oversee contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, safety standards and timelines.
Coordinate with consultants, local authorities and internal stakeholders for approvals and project execution
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed technical and progress report
Prepare project plans, budget and implementation schedule
Lead project team and supervise technical staff or contractor on site
Monitor project expenditure and ensure cost-effective delivery
Support departmental objectives, continous improvement and operational excellence
Report directly to the Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Project Management/Business Development or related discipline from recognized institution
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or engineering field
Demonstrated experience in leading team and handling infrastructure of building project
Proficient in project management and familiar with industry standard, safety compliance and site supervision
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
