QUANTITY SURVEYOR cum PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR - Kuching
Responsibilities
Review Drawing & Documents
To Process monthly progress claim 
To liaise with consultants/subcon on drawings & work progress
To work out cost estimation or budgeting
To maintain relevant documentation in an orderly & proper manner
To assist and handle other work scope as assigned.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Min 2 years working experience in Construction field
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & BM
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
