M&E INSPECTOR OF WORK

M&E INSPECTOR OF WORK (based in Miri Telang Usan, Bintulu, Lawas, Baram & Mukah)

Responsibilities:
Full time supervision at site. Ensure all installation and construction works are in accordance with   construction drawing and schematic.
To identify and resolve issues related to integration and installation of M&E services.
To ensure contractor compliance with contract, latest approved drawings and method statement.
To liaise with relevant parties on all testing and commissioning of M&E system.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university.
Registered with BEM as Inspector of Work is added advantage.
Preferably with minimum 5 years’ experience in supervision of M&E works.
Good communication skills, assertive and conversant with drawings and specifications.
Possess driving license.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and positive attitude.
