Job Description
Schedule Development & Support
Assist in developing and updating Master Work Programmes and detailed project schedules for infrastructure   works, road works, structural works, and related construction activities.
Support monitoring of project progress against the baseline schedule and help identify potential delays or risks.
Assist in periodic schedule updates, revisions, and documentation of changes.
Sequencing & Analysis Support
Work closely with the Project Scheduler to apply construction sequencing and methodologies in preparing   practical and achievable schedules.
Assist in conducting basic schedule analysis, including critical path tracking and resource planning.
Support preparation of mitigation plans for potential delays under guidance from senior team members.
Reporting & Communication
Assist in generating schedule reports, progress updates, dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
Compile and organize project data for analysis and reporting purposes.
Participate in project meetings and support presentation of schedule updates when required.
Tender Support
Assist in preparing planning and scheduling documentation for tender and bid submissions.
Support compilation of construction programmes and supporting documents for proposals.
Requirement
Minimum of 1 year of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure, road works, structural works,   and/or heavy civil construction projects. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.   Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
Basic working knowledge of Primavera P6 (P6) is required; proficiency is an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Project (MS Project) is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills with the ability to present schedule information clearly.
Basic understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and resource planning.
Strong time management skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
