Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in   accordance with specifications.
Supervise site team, site personnel, subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery. 
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and relevant authorities’ requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients on project progress and technical matters.
Monitor work quality and ensure all works meet required standards and specifications.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Resolve site issues, delays, or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower planning.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper procedures and safety practices are maintained.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in construction/site management (roadworks experience is an   added advantage).
Strong knowledge of construction processes for related field, safety regulations, and quality control.
Good leadership and team management skills. 
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills, willing to travel and work at project sites.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel within Sarawak.
