
ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - Kuching
Position Summary:
The Admin cum Accounts Assistant is responsible for supporting the company’s administrative, finance, and
accounting functions to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies and regulatory
requirements. This role involves handling bookkeeping, financial data entry, payment processing, and general
administrative duties while maintaining accurate financial records and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and transaction documents.
Data Entry & System Maintenance
Accurately key in financial and administrative data into the accounting system and ensure records are properly maintained and error-free.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and customer payments when necessary.
Bank Reconciliation
Assist in reconciling bank statements with company financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Expense Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor, record, and organize company expenses.
Assist in preparing expense reports and supporting documentation.
Audit & Compliance Support
Prepare and organize documents required for internal and external audits.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures and company policies.
Administrative Support
Handle filing, document organization, correspondence, and other general administrative duties to support daily office operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
SPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficient in accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of SST and E-Invoice.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and responsibility.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Able to start immediately is preferred.
