
PAYROLL OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees on a regular schedule.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions.
Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
Prepare payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies.
Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal procedures
Requirements:
Detail oriented, with ability to focus on comprehend numerical data.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Positive attitude and independent with strong sense of responsibility.
Good communication skills and able to converse in English and BM.
Possess at least SPM/STPM.
