SALES & TECHNICAL ENGINEER

SALES & TECHNICAL ENGINEER 
We are seeking a Sales & Technical Engineer to join our team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
At least a relevant electrical certification or qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver product demonstrations and promote solutions effectively
Occasional travel to assigned locations as required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and provide technical support for company products and solutions
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical briefings to customers
Assist customers with electrical troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and related documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Perform site visits, inspections, and follow-ups when required
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and clients
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and technical developments
Support sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets
Prepare reports and updates on sales activities and customer feedback
