Job Description 
Network Operations & Support
Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points,   and VPN systems.
Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure stable and reliable operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN, internet, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues with minimal supervision.
Perform preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, patching, and system health checks.
Support escalation cases and coordinate resolution with vendors or service providers when required.
Network Deployment & Implementation
Configure and support network services including VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, routing, and switching.
Participate in network rollout, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for project.
Support structured cabling, hardware installation, and onsite integration works.
Ensure all deployments meet technical specifications, operational requirements, and security standards.
Project Coordination & Vendor Support
Assist Project Manager in coordinating project schedules, site activities, and technical deliverables.
Monitor project progress and provide updates on work status, technical issues, and risks.
Liaise with vendors, ISPs, contractors, and relevant stakeholders during project execution and maintenance   activities.
Attend project meetings, site inspections, testing & commissioning activities, and project handovers when   required.
Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
Provide basic technical support to internal users for network-related issues when required.
Participate in standby or after-hours support during critical maintenance or project implementation activities.
Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with internal IT security policies and operational standards.
Assist in firewall rule management, VPN access control, and network security configurations.
Ensure proper backup, recovery procedures, and change management practices are followed.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate technical and project documentation including: 
o    Network diagrams 
o    IP address inventory 
o    Configuration records and backups
o    Maintenance reports 
o    Incident logs 
Support preparation of technical submissions and project status reports.
Job Requirement 
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure, or system integration   environments.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, and network   segmentation.
Hands-on experience in LAN/WAN environments, Wi-Fi systems, and basic firewall/VPN support.
Experience in network deployment, troubleshooting, and system implementation projects.
Exposure to project coordination, site-based works, or vendor management is highly advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a project-driven environment.
Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
Willing to work onsite when required and travel to project sites.
May be required to provide after-hours or standby support during critical maintenance or project activities.
