SITE PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER - Kuching/ Bintulu
Job Responsibilities: 
To lead and manage end-to-end execution of treatment plant projects, from contract award to   final handover, ensuring delivery within scopes, timelines, cost and quality targets are met.
To oversee all technical disciplines including civil & structural works, mechanical & piping   systems, electrical & instrumentation (E&I), process engineering and testing & commissioning.
Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, method statements, and   project schedules in alignment with contractual obligations.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities, monitor progress, identify risks,  and implement mitigation strategies.
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and enforce health, safety, and   environmental policies.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions,   method statements, and technical documentation prior to client   submission.
Prepare project reports, manage budgets, claims, contract   matters, and ensure complete documentation and smooth  handover to others team members.
Mentor project team members and present periodic project   reports to senior management covering progress, financial status,   risk assessment, as well as resources planning.
Requirements: 
Degree / Diploma or equivalents in Project Management / Building & Infrastructure /   Engineering or other related fields.
At least 3 years of project management experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage senior   stakeholders and vendors effectively.
Experience in managing third-party vendor relationships and ensuring contract/service   delivery compliance.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Ability to work at different project site locations across the whole Malaysia
