
ADMINISTRATIVE/CORPORATE SECRETARIAL ASSISTANTS
Requirements :
SPTM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office & software applications
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Responsible, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills
Candidates with working experience and fresh graduates are invited to apply as training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative and secretarial duties to support the professional team
Assist in preparation and filing statutory documents with the relevant regulatory bodies
Liaise with clients and government authorities when required
Carry out other assigned tasks as required
