ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER/MARKETING ASSISTANT
Requirement:
Possesses Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales/Business Administration or any other relevant fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in related field. Experience in building materials and construction industry is an added advantage.
Possess strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
High creativity, strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications, digital marketing software, and social media platforms.
Able to promptly answer support to related email or phone calls & etc.
Possess communication skills in both written and verbal in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Job Scope:
Project specification for targeted customers and decision makers, particularly architects and consultants.
Achieve weekly targets of meeting with key clients and consultants to ensure consistent engagement.
Build and manage strong relationships with consultants and clients, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
Identify and pursue new leads by engaging customers, gathering detailed insights to support business growth.
Ensure the correct project specifications are maintained from the design stage through to completion, supporting compliance and clarity in documentation.
Coordinate marketing event activities, including planning and logistics.
Collaborate closely with graphic designers to develop marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures and calendars.
