SENIOR TECHNICIAN (Kuching, Sarawak) - 1 post
The Senior Technician oversees facility maintenance and security operations to ensure a safe, functional, 
and well-maintained environment. This role supervises maintenance activities, monitors security procedures, 
and coordinates with departments to support smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities :- 
Maintenance Supervision: Oversee repair and maintenance of building systems, equipment, and facilities.
Preventive Maintenance: Plan and monitor scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
Security Operations Management: Supervise security activities, monitor premises, and ensure safety procedures   are followed.
Facility Inspection: Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues, hazards, or security risks.
Incident Response: Respond to maintenance emergencies and security incidents promptly and effectively.
Staff Supervision: Guide maintenance and security personnel to ensure duties are performed properly and safely.
Work Order Coordination: Receive, assign, and monitor completion of maintenance and security-related tasks.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
Inventory & Equipment Control: Monitor tools, spare parts, and security equipment to ensure proper availability  and usage.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain maintenance logs, incident reports, and operational records.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and management to support daily   operational needs.
Job Requirements :-
Candidate with a Professional Certificate in electrical, air-conditioning or equivalent would be an added   advantage.
Experience in Building Management will be added advantage. 
Competent in writing and speaking In English and Bahasa Melayu
Prior experience in security (hotel/residence preferred). 
Physically fit and alert. 
Good observation and reporting skills. 
Able to handle emergency situations calmly. 
Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
