Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in construction-related field preferred
Minimum 2 years site supervision experience
Able to monitor workers and subcontractors on site
Knowledge in construction safety and site coordination
Able to read basic construction drawings

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and manpower
Ensure work progress follows schedule and quality requirements
Report site issues and progress to project team
Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance on site
