INTERN (ADMIN / HR / PAYROLL) (Sarawak Kuching GalaCity)
Allowance: To be discussed during interview
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily administrative and office support tasks
Support HR functions such as recruitment, filing, and employee records management
Assist in payroll preparation and basic salary calculations
Perform data entry and update employee information in the system
Prepare documents, reports, and simple HR/admin paperwork
Assist in filing and maintaining proper records
Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Willing to learn, responsible, and proactive
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
Detail-oriented and well-organized
