ADMIN ASSISTANT - (PROTÉGÉ) (Based in Kuching)
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and PDF Management tools
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, control and maintain all incoming and outgoing documents including drawings, correspondences, reports, letters or mail.
Ensure all documents are properly logged, indexed and filled according to the company’s documents control procedure
Distribute controlled copies of documents to relevant personnel and ensure that superseded versions are removed from circulation
Support in preparation and submission of letters, reports, memos and meeting minutes
