ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - (Kota Sentosa / Serian)
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. 
At least 2-3 years of experience in handling full-set accounts. 
Familiarity with e-Invoicing. 
Experience in a retail or petrol station environment is a strong advantage. 
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Autocount/ Sage
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. 
Job responsibilities
Manage full-set accounts including Daily Sales Reconciliation (DSR), Accounts Payable (AP),   and Accounts Receivable (AR). 
Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and fuel card transactions against terminal reports to prevent cash leakage. 
Perform stock reconciliation (fuel, lubricants, and convenience store items) to identify discrepancies. 
Prepare monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow forecasting. 
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and vendors. 
Manage vendor payments, credit control, and proper documentation.
