
PROJECT MANAGER - Working Location: Sibu, Selangau
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years working experience in building construction projects.
Experience in government project management is an advantage.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to coordinate with consultant, client, subcontractor, and authorities.
Familiar with project planning, budgeting, and site coordination.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and project reporting.
Job Requirements:
Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.
Ensure project completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Attend site meetings and prepare project reports.
Monitor site manpower, materials, and machinery arrangement.
Ensure compliance with safety and contractual requirements.
Resolve site issues and technical matters promptly.
Supervise and guide project team members.
