QUANTITY SURVEYOR (1 open positions)- Kuching / Gedong
QUALIFICATION :
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least few years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge in contract administration, procurement, cost control and variation
Management
Proficient in MS Excel, Autocad, attention to detail & strong negotation skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare and review subcontract packages: scope, measurement, contract conditions, payment terms and   progress claim templates.
Prepare payment certificates, monitor retention and ensure supporting documents are complete before   payment processing.
Maintain cost documentation: VO files, rate build-ups, correspondence, meeting minutes (cost items), and   approval trails.
