Previous experience in a maintenance or handyperson role, preferably in the trades and services industry
Strong practical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of maintenance issues
Good working knowledge of building systems, equipment and facilities maintenance
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
