QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the full spectrum of Quantity Surveying activities, covering both pre and post contract stages from tendering through to final account closure.
Support the preparation of contract documentation and handle project-related correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Perform quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), and assist in tender evaluation and cost analysis to ensure effective cost management.
Monitor project progress by conducting monthly assessments, preparing progress payment certifications, and verifying subcontractor claims and site valuations.
Assist in the administration and finalization of main contracts and subcontracts, including the management of variation orders and related documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or a related discipline.
Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience will have an added advantage. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Familiarity with AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle a challenging and demanding workload.
