ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Serian / Sri Aman / Engkilili
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake general administrative duties and correspondence preparation.
Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
To assist in documentation of Work Inspection Result (WIR).
Drafts and edit letters, reports, and other documents.
Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
Assist and complete tasks assigned by superiors.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your immediate superior / management from time to time.
Qualifications:
Diploma holder
Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction administration
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
Willing to be based in Serian / Sri Aman / Engkilili
Able to start immediately is an added advantage
Experience in construction projects is preferred
