PLANT MANAGER

PLANT MANAGER (Sibu)
We are seeking a highly capable and driven Plant Manager to oversee the overall 
operations and administration of our facility. This role requires a strong leader who can 
manage people effectively, ensure smooth plant operations, and compliance with 
applicable regulations.
Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth   and efficient plant operations.
Lead and manage daily operations and maintenance activities, including coordinating   and reviewing work plans for routine and specialized maintenance.
Provide administrative and technical leadership to department staff, ensuring   compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirement.
Review, evaluate, and improve work methods and operational processes to enhance   performance and achieve departmental goals.
Develop, manage, and monitor the operational budget, including forecasting   requirements for manpower, materials, and supplies while ensuring cost control.
Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety, and   environmental (HSE) practices and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in a Plant Manager or Operational Manager role.
Strong command of both English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Proven leadership abilities with strong skills in communication, problem solving, and   team motivation.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to make sound   operational decisions.
