ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
Account Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company, including general ledger, AP, AR and bank reconciliation.
Check & monitor invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
Update financial data in the accounting system.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Maintain proper filing system for all accounting documents (softcopy and hardcopy).
Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure all transactions are properly matched.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Ensure all financial records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
Handle full set of accounts.
Handle E-Invoice & SST matters, including issuing E-Invoice, Self-Billed, Submission of periodic SST, and SST computation.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting Software, AutoCount Accounting, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
Good analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and organizational skills
Able to manage tasks responsibly and deliver within deadlines.
Knowledge of statutory requirements and liaising with Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia, Companies Commission of Malaysia, and Royal Malaysian Customs Department
Able to start immediately.
