ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE 
Location: Piasau Industrial Estate, Miri, Sarawak

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. 
The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and help maintain accurate 
financial records.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers
Maintain and update accounting records and files
Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and monitor expenses
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Assist in preparing financial reports and audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of accounting software QnE
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferably Chinese speaking candidate
