What you’ll do:
Manage daily shop operations 
Lead and support the sales team 
Ensure excellent customer service 
Track sales performance and targets 
Handle customer issues professionally 
Oversee stock and product displays 
Prepare simple reports

Retail or supervisory experience 
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills 
Good communication & organization 
Responsible and independent 
Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
