
ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and responsible
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
Experience in construction industry (added advantage)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
Manage documentation, filing systems, and company records (physical & digital)
Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents
Coordinate with different departments (HR, Finance, Project team, etc.)
Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Support HR functions such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding
Assist in basic accounting tasks (e.g., invoice processing, payment follow-up)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage and handle application, renewal, and updating of Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor dan Juruperunding
UPKJ) and Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB) licenses
Handle tender compilation, including preparation, checking, and submission of tender documents in
accordance with requirements and deadlines
Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documents for tender submission (technical, financial,
compliance, etc.)
Ensure all tender documents are properly organized, complete, and submitted on time
