Job Title: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: RM1,900 – RM2,200 per month
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth business operations by managing 
administrative tasks, Company records, correspondence, and compliance documentation. This 
role supports daily Company operations with tender submissions, license renewals, scheduling, 
and reasonable ad-hoc tasks while maintaining a professional office environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform general administrative duties, including but not limited to filing, correspondence,   printing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents for tender submission.
Assist in the preparation of required evidence/documents for the ISO 9001 audit.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, calls, and letters.
Manage and constantly organize both the Company’s shared filing system (online) and physical filing system,   ensuring ease of document retrieval.
Maintain Company records in an organized and accessible manner, while managing front desk operations to   provide professional reception services.
Monitor and handle renewal of Company licenses and certifications (including but not limited to CIDB, UPKJ,   Trade Licenses), enabling smooth business operations.
Coordinate scheduling and travel arrangements for Upper Management, while liaising with external   stakeholders.
Ensure general office upkeep and cleanliness.
Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Perform reasonable ad-hoc tasks as required by Upper Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualifications:
At least a Diploma in Office Management, Administrative Management, or similar qualifications
Minimum CGPA of 3.2 and above
Information Technology Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
