
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in clients
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve customer enquiries/complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Added Advantage:
Prior experience in customer service or banking/financial services
Preferred Qualities:
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
