QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Preparation of cost estimation, bill of quantities & tender documents.
Identifying gaps between BOQ, drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract.
Manage the valuation of work done, handle claims and variations.
Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms.
Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Architecture / Design or related field.
(Experienced will be preferable.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experienced working with AutoCAD
