Job Descriptions:
Insurance and Road Tax Management
Coordinate the registration of motorcycle insurance and road tax for all the customers’ vehicles.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and tracking of insurance policies, coverage details, and expiry dates.
Maintain an updated database to ensure all vehicles comply with regulatory requirements.
Sales Invoice Processing
Prepare, issue, and verify sales invoices in accordance with company procedures and customer agreements.
Ensure accuracy of billing details, pricing, quantities, and supporting documents before issuing invoices.
Maintain proper records and ensure all invoices are filed systematically.
Collection of Deposits
Handle the collection and recording of customer deposits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Issue official receipts and update financial records accordingly.
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and deposit balances when required.
Stock Inventory Management
Monitor and manage stock inventory levels to support operational and sales needs.
Conduct regular stock checks, reconcile variances, and prepare inventory reports.
Maintain an organised and up-to-date inventory system to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Undertake any other duties assigned by superior, as and when required.
Job Requirements:
SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration, preferably in financial or service line.
Proficient in Microsoft both word and excel.
Able to perform tasks with minimum guidance.
Good organising and coordinating skills.
Good time management skills.
