OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and liaise with government authorities (e.g. Land & Survey Department,   local councils) for submission, approval, and follow up of permits, licenses, and other regulatory applications. 
Monitor and track the status of all submissions and approvals, ensuring timely follow up and compliance   with project timelines. 
Prepare, compile, and manage project documentation including permits, drawings, reports, contracts, and   correspondence. 
Assist in procurement activities including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, preparing purchase orders,   and tracking delivery of materials. 
Assist in budget tracking, invoice verification, and cost control for procurement and project expenses. 
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. 
Support project planning and scheduling by updating timelines and highlighting potential delays or issues. 
Maintain proper records and filing for all operational and project-related documents. 
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Industries, Business Administration,   Management or related field.
At least 1 – 3 years of operations management experience in construction, property development,   or a related industry. 
Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply. Training will be provided. 
Familiarity with local authority procedures, permit applications, and regulatory requirements, and basic   procurement processes is an advantage.
Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Knowledge in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Local Dialects are added advantage. 
Possess own transport.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as delegated.
