
ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT CLERK – Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry into internal systems
Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations
Maintain and update sales records, invoicing, and billing
Handle general administrative and clerical duties
Provide inter-office support and assist in document control/management
Receive, sort, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Possess own transport with a valid driving license
Able to commence work immediately
