
ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE CLERK - Kuching & Sibu
Job Description: -
Process customer invoices, credit notes, and handle all Accounts Receivable (AR) documentation
Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments with customers
Update daily bank transactions and perform timely bank reconciliations
Perform key accounting duties (e.g., journal preparation, general ledger reconciliation) to support the
monthly and period-end closing activities.
Handle administrative duties such as document filing, printing, and record maintenance.
Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirement:-
Candidates mut possess minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Can converse, read and write in Mandarin is added advantage
Knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel and Email
At least (1) Year(s) working experience in related field is required for this position.
Can work independently with less supervision.
Possess positive working attitude.
