MILLER (Based in Sejingkat Industrial Park, Kuching)
Qualification and Requirements:
Fresh diploma graduate or 1 year of working experience in flour milling industry.
Flour Certificates: UK Flour Millers (NABIM).
Familiar in the process and machine related to flour production and food safety system.
Duties:
Capable of setting and adjust parameter of the mill according standard milling parameter.
Achieve optimum extraction and meet the consistent targeted flour quality.
Capable of operate wheat cleaning and conditioning process and setting parameter of cleaning and conditioning process.
Achieve targeted wheat and flour moisture target, standard tempering time and targeted capacity.
To report machineries mechanical, technical or electrical malfunction.
Ensure the effectiveness of the immediate reporting to reduce downtime and keep the mill equipment operating as efficiently and consistently as possible.
To be food safety & occupational safety aware in terms of implementation & reporting where applicable.
To prevent diseases, injuries, and deaths that are due to working condition.
Remuneration: Based on experience.
