We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal
for someone starting their HR career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and enjoys working with people in a
fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave records
Assist with payroll preparation by checking attendance and overtime data
Prepare HR documents such as letters, forms, and memos
Handle basic HR-related enquiries from employees
Perform other duties assigned by HR Executive/Manager
Job Requirements
SPM or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
Male candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain good working relationships
Willingness to work overtime (OT) when required
