ADMIN & ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts, payroll, and company’s tax.
Perform general accounting functions such as preparing payment vouchers, issuing invoices, and maintaining financial records in the accounting system.
Manage and control documents and drawings, including submission, retrieval, filing, updating, and distribution.
Provide administrative support by managing emails, handling phone calls, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist with other ad hoc office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or related field.
A candidate who does not possess the required academic qualifications but has extensive working experience is also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of SQL Accounting software is an advantage.
Preferably with 3 years working experience in related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
