ACCOUNT CLERK
Account Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting records, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
Update financial data in the accounting system.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Maintain proper filing system for all accounting documents (softcopy and hardcopy).
Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure all transactions are properly matched.
Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Ensure all financial records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in the accounting field.
Prior experience as an Account Clerk is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL/AUTOCOUNT/ONE/OTHERS)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to manage tasks responsibly and deliver within deadlines.
