CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER - Kuching
What you'll be doing
Site Leadership & Coordination: Direct daily site operations and facilitate effective communication between main contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Contract & Claim Management: Ensure comprehensive compliance with all project contract requirements. Manage the accurate preparation, tracking, and timely submission of project progress claims.
Execution & Delivery: Supervise the complete lifecycle of installation works, rigorously overseeing the Testing and Commissioning (T&C) phases through to successful project handover.
Technical Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve on-site technical or logistical issues while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
What we're looking for
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying
Proven track record in site supervision, project coordination, and contract administration.
Linguistic Requirement: Fluency in spoken Mandarin would be advantage to effectively coordinate with specific site personnel and project stakeholders.
Strong familiarity with installation protocols, T&C procedures, and formal handover documentation.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
