
BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR (ASSISTANT TO BUILDING MANAGER) - Kuching
Role Overview:
The Building Administrator will support the Building Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property.
This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires strong coordination, multitasking, and the ability to handle
pressure in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Support: Assist the Building Manager in supervising daily maintenance, cleaning, and security teams.
Service Requests: Attend to resident inquiries and coordinate with technicians for minor repairs and facility maintenance.
Documentation: Maintain building records, resident files, and update the management notice board.
Collection Assistance: Support the issuance of invoices and follow up on management fee payments.
Inspections: Conduct regular property walk-throughs to identify defects, maintenance needs, or safety concerns.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field (Property Management or Building Services is an advantage).
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel).
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn relevant ordinances and regulations.
Must possess own transport for travel between sites, if required.
