QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR -  Kuching
Job Description: 
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects
Monitor project costs and ensure expenses remain within budget
Handle progress claims, subcontractor claims, and final accounts
Evaluate quotations and negotiate contract terms with suppliers and subcontractors
Conduct site visits to track project progress and verify work done
Assist in contract administration and documentation
Liaise with project team, consultants, and clients on cost-related matters
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Qualification & requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field 
Preferably 1–3 years of working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) 
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills 
Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
Good communication and teamwork skills 
Able to work independently and meet deadlines 
Willing to learn and proactive
