
BILLING CLERK
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and generate delivery orders and invoices for customers deliveries
Ensure information in delivery orders and invoices is accurate and complete before dispatch
Handle document recording, checking, and filing in a timely manner
Perform general administrative duties as assigned by management
Support daily operations in a fast-paced working environment
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification
At least 2 years of relevant working experience (clerk / billing clerk)
Experience in invoice processing / logistics / delivery operations will be an added advantage
Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Excel, basic systems)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentiality
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
