ACCOUNT CLERK
Office HQ - located at 15 1/2 miles, Kuching Outer Ring Rd, 94200 Kota Samarahan, Sarawak
Job Description:
An Account Clerk supports the accounting team by handling daily financial tasks and ensuring records are accurate
and up to date.
Job Roles:
Assist with the workload of Account Executive.
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Maintain digital and physical financial records.
Create and update budget & expense reports.
Assist with the process reimbursement forms.
Assist with payroll and documentations.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, third party for facts checking.
Ensure all transactions have been accounted for accurately and on time.
Requirements:
1–2 years’ experience
Basic accounting knowledge (debits, credits, reconciliation)
Familiarity with accounting software (SQL Accounting)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Basic communication skills (for liaising with clients/suppliers)
