ASSISTANT/QUANTITY SURVEYORS (Kuching) - 1 post
With a Diploma or Bachelor in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in tender and contract documents administration, BQ preparation, cost estimate, cost control & budgeting.
Good knowledge and understanding of construction materials, pricing and industry.
A team player who is committed, proactive (planning), able to work independently with good time management and able to deliver and meet deadlines, under any circumstances.
Able to interact, coordinate and communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with relevant external parties and internal parties.
Self-motivated and possess problem solving skills, with positive work attitude, responsible and trustworthy.
