TELECOMMUNICATION TECHNICIAN MAINTENANCE
Responsibilities
The Scope of works for installation shall include but not limited to the following:
1    Installation of Broadband Services.
Standard Installation (HSBB/HSBA)
        i.    Unifi Over Head Network (OH)
        ii.    Unifi on Under Ground Network (UG)
        iii.    Unifi on VDSL Network
        iv.    High-rise Fiberisation
Non-standard installation (HSBB/HSBA)
        i.    Over (inside) the ceiling
        ii.    On pole to UG
        iii.    > 50m internal cabling
        iv.    Beyond scope – if applicable
2    Telephone services
3    Unifi Lite SUBB (Sub Urban Broadband) Services
4    Fixed IP (Upgrade/Downgrade) Services
5    TVOS (TV over Streamyx – Hypp TV) Services
6    xDSL (Digital Subscriber Line) Services
The Scope of works for restoration shall include but not limited to the following:
1    Fixed assurance team (including Caution Report and Warning TT) for Outside Plant (HSBB) and Outside and 
        Inside Plant (HSBA up to BTU only and Pre-Unifi).
2    Assurance per TT/CTT basis.
Complete end-to-end Installation and Restoration, including External, Internal, and Activation sections of the
     existing (Pre-Unifi), HSBB, and HSBA Networks.
Execute all types of service orders, including new installation.

Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Possess a valid Motorcycle License (B2) and Driving License (D); GDL is an added advantages.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors/heights
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

Added Advantages
Possession of Safety Passport from National Institute of Occupational Safety Occupation and Health 
    Malaysia (NIOSH).
Certificate of Proficiency CA1C
Certificate of Competence Boot-Camp For TM Broadband Partners (BCBP)
Experience in telecom or fiber.
Working at height certification.
