Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery coordination.
Lead and supervise warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth and consistent workflow execution.
Ensure strict adherence to company SOP and operational standards.
Standardize workflow processes and establish clear timelines for task completion.
Monitor inventory accuracy and operational performance and productivity, implementing improvements as needed.
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience managing supervisors or team leaders is highly preferred.
