QAQC ENGINEER
Duties & Responsibilities: 
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies for all construction activities.
To assist in handling site technical matters and documentation
Perform routine inspection, audit and test of materials. 
Monitor and update the records of inspections, tests, findings and corrective actions.
Assist in reviewing project specifications to ensure quality standards are addressed.
Prepare and submit relevant reports to the client and management.
Conduct meeting to liaise with project team and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
Qualification and/or Experience Required: 
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in construction QA/QC roles.
Knowledge of quality management principal, tools and computer software. 
Detail-oriented and analytical.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
