SITE SUPERVISOR
Duties & Responsibilities: 
Inspecting construction sites regularly.
Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Handling and coordinate site workers on site construction works.
Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Qualification and/or Experience Required: 
Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials/ mechanical and electrical systems and safety regulations.
Excellent supervisory skills, good team player and communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
At least 2-3 years’ experience in road and construction works.
